Overall, it is clearly seen that in the intial period of time birth rates was excesive than the death rate, however, at the end of the period this trend is totally contradicted.
Begining of the 20 century, approximately 20,000 people was born in newzeland, while the date rate was only 9 thousand. After 60 years, the birth rates reached at peak point nearly 65,000 babies. Meanwhile, the number of deaths increased significantly precisely 20 thousand. At the end of century, the deaths rate shows similar trend, but there was a slight decline in the birth rate before considerable rise.
In the next century, it is expected that deaths rate will incline enormously above 50000 and surpass the numbers of babies. However, the birth rates will decline slightly nearly to 44000 children.

When the topic of getting jobs is discussed, there are divided opinions. Some groups of people deem that getting an education from colleges is the safe way to secure a better job position, Another group of people, however, claim that instead of visiting education organization direct join to work and obtain experience is an appropriate method. I believe that, univesity degree not only teach the rudimentary concept of specific subjects but also make a capable person to handle the critical situations, although both views are discussed in the ensuing paragraphs.
Discussing the former view, the supporters of the first view perceive that education must be vital to learn theoreticle knowledge. in other words, University teach the valuable knowledge which is help to understand the basic of subject information. It is often observed that graduate has enough expertise in terms of specific subjects. such as science, commerce, and arts. Additionally, individuals can learn soft lesson under the expertise persons. If person is learn basic practicle knowledge during their interships, it will help to solve difficult problems during their work period. Thus, graduate are enough prepare for acquire jobs.
On the contrary, the proponents of the latter view explain that join the industries is better to secure the jobs. To conclude and offer my position, I still advocate the former opinion than the latter one. I believe that education can be fruitful to handle the myriad incident during the work period, although direct jobs are good in specific fields.
